RingCue terms

Effective October 6, 2026. RingCue is provided by RippleCue, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. RingCue runs on the HeyCue platform; the HeyCue Terms of Use apply to the underlying service and govern where these terms are silent.

The service

RingCue answers calls to a phone number we provide or that you forward to us, using an AI agent that speaks on behalf of your business from the information you enter. It can quote prices you set, take messages, and book appointments into your calendar.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, prices and hours you enter, for complying with laws that apply to your business and to recording or transcribing calls in your state, and for telling callers that calls may be recorded where required. You will not use RingCue for unlawful, deceptive or abusive calling.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. New customers get a 7-day free trial once; your card is charged on day 8 unless you cancel before then. You can cancel any time from the app and the subscription ends at the close of the paid period. Minutes are included per plan; we notify you before you run out and never cut a caller off.

Numbers

Phone numbers are provided through our telecom partners and remain ours while your subscription is active. If you cancel, the number is released after 30 days.

AI limitations

RingCue is an automated agent. It can misunderstand a caller or make an error. It does not give legal, medical or financial advice and should not be used for emergency services. You should review bookings and messages.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for missed calls, lost business, or indirect damages.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice in the app or by email. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Questions: hello@ringcue.ai.
