RingCue privacy
Effective October 6, 2026. RippleCue, LLC operates RingCue. This policy covers the RingCue website, web app and mobile apps. RingCue runs on the HeyCue platform; the HeyCue privacy policy applies to the underlying platform.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email, business name, address, phone, services, prices and hours.
- Call data: the caller's number, audio of the call, a transcript and summary, and anything the caller shares (name, address, the job).
- Bookings and messages created from calls.
- Usage data: app events, device and browser information, and crash reports.
- Billing data is handled by Stripe; we store only the subscription status and the last four digits of the card.
How we use it
To answer and book calls for your business, to show you transcripts and bookings, to send you and your callers confirmation texts, to bill you, and to improve the service. Call audio and transcripts are processed by AI providers (Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, ElevenLabs and telecom carriers) only to deliver the service, never for advertising.
Callers
When someone calls a RingCue number, the receptionist answers on behalf of the business. The business owner controls that data. Callers can ask the business to delete it. Where state law requires, the receptionist announces that the call may be recorded.
Sharing
We share data with the providers above under contract, with the business you call, and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
Call audio is kept 90 days, transcripts and bookings while your account is open. Delete your account in the app and we erase your data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep.
Your choices
Access, correct or export your data from the app or by email. Opt out of texts by replying STOP. Contact: hello@ringcue.ai.
